About the caterer

Its been a while since this blog updated. hmmphhh memang tak stick to original plan to blog once a week.
anyway, last weekend just got a sad news that the appointed caterer for my reception had to cancel on us because she already have booking on the date.

So now, moi back at square one and have to survey again for the reception caterer. Its ok, tak ada rezeki with that caterer (InsyaAllah ada hikmah tu). Alhamdulillah things are smooth on the other side (the groom's reception). The fiance never like to survey2 anything, he's the type that   agree on whatever his mother or moi wants which is great for me hehe. A week before ramadhan, we went out to the pameran pengantin to look for his caterer because at that time moi already confirm the caterer for moi's side.

His mom practically mention that she not prefer Sri Angsana Catering but moi didn't ask for details why so we search for others caterer available during that exhibitions. Those that we survey were:


  • Wan Nour Catering
  • Eiman Catering
  • Shahmie Catering 
  • Ekhwan Services & Catering
  • Nurul Izzah Catering
My sis hire Ekhwan Services & Catering for her reception after recommendation from our aunt. The food were great especially lauk daging (sorry lupa whats the name exactly) but this year, their price also increase *sad* coz for RM11++ per pax is not including chairs and table.

Which caterer did we pick out of the list?



After much deliberation, fiance agree on hiring Eiman Catering also because of their lauk daging. But didnt ask much question on them as we didnt know what to ask exactly. The price for 800pax is still under our allocated budget so what else, we paid the deposit to lock the date which is 10% from the total bill. Syukur we can scratch one major thing from the list. Now just doa that Eiman Catering not messed up during the reception. =)
