Bride Family Attire

If yesterday moi share on the groom family attire, so rini moi nak share dengan uols which color theme for moi side. Actually yang ni tak perlu research melampau coz the color was chosen unexpected.
Kisah nya during our (moi and older sis) trip to Bandung last year, we decide to buy some lace for the family. At that time memang banyak color2 yang cantek tapi tak taulah kenapa both of us very keen on choosing this particular color. Mungkin sebab its a pastel and suits my family skin color well (maklumla my sister ada yang cerah and ada yang tak bape cerah hehe).
Agak2 korang cantek tak color yang moi dengan my along choose ni? 
*err actually bukanla ade niat nak tukar pon coz ada sedondon pon dah cukup :)*
we choose XXX color for the reception and since nikah and reception moi marathon, jadi tempah 1 baju cukuplah ek? kate nak jimat kan?

apa yang XXX color tu?? 
dekat2 dengan kuning
dekat2 dengan orange
tapi bukan pink
hmmm agak2 nya?? if korang jawab Peach, kira betul lah tu :)
and since beli dekat Bandung, it is also a lace so my sis mostly dah decide on the design. Its up to them lah nak design macamana janji its comfortable since its gonna be a long day masa tu. Dari pagi sampai petang dekat dewan. 
For bertandang side, moi and family tak decide lagi. Any ideas b2b yang lain???

Grooms Family Attire

Deciding what color for my fiance family was quick. Eventho the research took quite sometime tapi he made up his mind like asap gitu. 
Being a typical bridezilla (yup, have to admit this), moi mengumpulkan segala gambar2 baju yang tertarik di mata & hati. Letak elok2 dalam ipad so that boleh tunjuk to him. Kekdah nya tunang moi ni being a guy memang tak heran color apa pon janji cantik katanya. So when moi present to him (present tu!) the color scheme that moi choose for his side, gladly he said 'cantek' and setuju nak tunjuk ke bakal mak mertua.
Which color that moi choose for them?

Lapang hati bila semalam fiance inform that both his mom and sis agree and love the color. *happy mode*
My MIL and SIL to be not yet decide upon the design tapi at least dah boleh beli kain :)

checklist with 4months left *cries*

MasyaAllah lamanya tak dapat update blog kahwin sendiri. Bukan sehari dua, rasanya dah sebulan lebih tak update ni. Jadinya sebab ada masa terluang di kala weekend ni, mohla kita meng-update few major things as a reminder.
By the way bila kawan-kawan office tanya bila majlis baru tersedar yang opps dah tak lama rupanya.

About the caterer

hello :)

Its been a while since this blog updated. hmmphhh memang tak stick to original plan to blog once a week.
anyway, last weekend just got a sad news that the appointed caterer for my reception had to cancel on us because she already have booking on the date.

So now, moi back at square one and have to survey again for the reception caterer. Its ok, tak ada rezeki with that caterer (InsyaAllah ada hikmah tu). Alhamdulillah things are smooth on the other side (the groom's reception). The fiance never like to survey2 anything, he's the type that   agree on whatever his mother or moi wants which is great for me hehe. A week before ramadhan, we went out to the pameran pengantin to look for his caterer because at that time moi already confirm the caterer for moi's side.

His mom practically mention that she not prefer Sri Angsana Catering but moi didn't ask for details why so we search for others caterer available during that exhibitions. Those that we survey were:


  • Wan Nour Catering
  • Eiman Catering
  • Shahmie Catering 
  • Ekhwan Services & Catering
  • Nurul Izzah Catering
My sis hire Ekhwan Services & Catering for her reception after recommendation from our aunt. The food were great especially lauk daging (sorry lupa whats the name exactly) but this year, their price also increase *sad* coz for RM11++ per pax is not including chairs and table.

Which caterer did we pick out of the list?



After much deliberation, fiance agree on hiring Eiman Catering also because of their lauk daging. But didnt ask much question on them as we didnt know what to ask exactly. The price for 800pax is still under our allocated budget so what else, we paid the deposit to lock the date which is 10% from the total bill. Syukur we can scratch one major thing from the list. Now just doa that Eiman Catering not messed up during the reception. =)
